Step: 1 Draw the two circles of the parrot
In step 1 draw the two circles of equal size one on each other as shown in the above figure.
Step: 2 Draw the eye & nose of the parrot
In step 2 draw the straight line under the circle and draw the small circle in the top circle which is the eye of the parrot.
Draw the half semi-circle at the left of the circle which is on the top as shown in the above figure.
